Rest is Motion: This workshop focuses on safe movement practices, creativity, breath, alignment, joint articulation and the use of gravity, momentum, and sound vibrations in movement. We will engage in creating short movement sketches while exploring concepts such as narration, aesthetics, space, and time in performing arts.

Vox – A performance workshop connecting the voice to lyrics and meaning of a song. Participants should prepare a song and be ready to perform it. Maitri will help with connecting the singer’s voice and emotions to the sung lyrics.
